Absolute garbage

From day one, just such an awful product. Has to be the weakest battery in history! Can take up to two hours of recharging multiple times before an actual connection can be attained. Once finally charged/connection eventually achieved, it’s decent enough for a movie or two, but that’s it. Happily snapped them all in pieces after buying some Sonys which actually work!

I bought two pairs of them and after using them just several times they got broken. Plastic arms get cracked easily. I'm surprised with such a poor quality from Samsung. Don't waste your money on this.

Good value for the price

I bought 4 pair on sale. Like other reviews, I noticed the battery drains quickly. But I took them out and checked with a tester..still full power, but says 0% on screen. Still works fine to view.

flimsy, break easily

after max 4-5 movies you already have broken them, also reflection from the back as are wide

Broken frames

Other than the fact that the batteries barley make it through a 2 hour movie, both pair that came with my 55" Samsung smart TV broke at the connection point between the ear piece and the main frame. I wear them over my regular glasses. I guess I have a wide head as well. As far as optics go they are good.

battery killer

glasses work great, watched 3 movies killed 3 batteries. and the batteries are expensive. don't buy these glasses get the rechargeable version

Works great!

I have nothing to compare these to, but they work great with my 60" Samsung Plasma 3D enabled TV! I've downloaded a bunch of 3D side by side movies, and they all work flawlessly with these glasses which link to the TV automatically when you turn them on :-)

Nice Glasses - Poor on Battery

Very nice glasses with easy to connect. Standard fitting works great. Only bad so far is that its very poor on Battery consumption. Battery is an ongoing expense for these glasses.

They work well, easy put on optical glasses. Negative thing - they kill battery.

Excellent quality

Very satisfied with the quality

Poor value

Glasses work great, but they're expensive for what you get and they chew through batteries. Overall, not a great value for what you pay.

Yes the are one of the cheap pairs of active 3d glasses but you'll end up paying out your money it watch batteries.. And I wear glasses and design works over glasses but as with wearing two pairs of glasses at once it's uncomfortable.

Works with xbr 65 850c

expensive price for such low quality frames, but it works. batteries only last for a few movies

  • from Dauphin, MB

Works with Sony

I have a KDL-55W800C TV and these glasses are compatible with it. Just follow the pairing instructions and the TV will show that the glass have registered. They are very light weight and work well over my own glasses.

Inexpensive - works fine

Bought these to work with my Panasonic ZT. Yes the work. No on screen notice of connection or battery life but they do work as expected and less than half the cost of the panasonic model. Interesting design. The arms don't fold. Came with two cell batteries each.

Good pair of glasses.

People tend to over-exaggerate when it comes to reviews most of the time. These came packed in with my TV and supplied me with 2 of them. Out of my personal experience they were alright. The good: - Comfortable - Seems to be able to fit around glasses without much a hassle - Not too expensive if you intend to get a new pair The bad: - Battery life isn't the greatest - Like with most any 3D glasses they start to feel uncomfortable over prolonged use In the end it varies from person to person, of course. For me, watching a 3D movie is great, but also makes my eyes have a burning sensation after a little while. Not the biggest of deals, but the movies look fantastic, which I cannot deny.

waste of money

They broke very easy, the battery life is short, the type of battery used is expensive, short, waste of money! Replaced with chargable model and happy with the investment.

Great glasses

Bought 3 extra pairs so we can all watch 3D movies. These glasses work absolutely great! Easy to use, comfortable, fit over my regular glasses. I really can't think of anything bad to say about them. Oh, they're way cheaper than expected as well... Nice bonus. If you have the right TV, get these glasses!

  • from London, ON

These glasses are very light, they go over my glasses comfortably. The button batteries that comes with it last a long time. I will be purchasing a couple more of these!

Purchased these to accent my Samsung TV. Very impressed with style and design. Once assembled, they do not fold like regular glasses, but then again they are not regular glasses; not the cheap pair you get from the theatres...They seemed a bit heavy until I placed them over my prescription glasses and realized that they are very comfortable. They "sinked" easily and are very clear. FYI -- my package came with two button cell batteries and the unit only requires one -- will last for many months. I will purchase additional sets for the whole family.

NOT Universal...these are RF, not IR.

Buyer beware...these glasses will not work on ALL 3D active technology TVs. For those of you who think that there are only two types of 3D glasses: active and passive...look again. These glasses are Bluetooth or RF. There is another type of active 3D glasses that use infrared (IR) technology. RF and IR are two completely different technologies, not compatible with each other. General rule: these glasses will probably not work with 3D active-technology TVs made in 2011 or older. Understand your TV before purchasing these glasses. Thanks.

Great glasses for the price

I agree with the other poster that the glasses are a pain to store once the arms are fitted in place. However that issue aside, the glasses work great. I use them with an EPSON 2030 projector and they perform flawlessly. After an initial 10-15 minutes you might even forget that you are wearing them. I didn't experience any headaches or other side effects, colors came out sharp and clear (although this a function of the projector more than the glasses), and the glasses are comfortable and lightweight. On the downside, unless you unhook the arms, you have to keep them standing somewhere. Not sure of the battery life as I didn't give it a full charge - just used it out of the box and it lasted a whole movie.

3D Samsung

I gave it a 3 because the glasses do what they are supposed to do, however... the frame arms are flimsy and easily breakable where they join to the main part of the glasses. Poor execution there Samsung. Once the arms are on you can't easily store them like normal glasses because the arms don't fold!
