Inconsistent quality

Had this tv for 2 months. Excellent picture quality but sound quality is inconsistent..every 2 mins or so picture and sound will freeze for a split second. Very annoying as I love this tv.

Do not buy it - sound issues

Zero rating. I bought it yesterday and going to return it now. Very bad (low) sound. It looks a software issue with Sharp TVs?? Many ppl complain about this. Just google... There is also a youtube video about this.

Wonderful Television for the Price

I had just purchased this Television at Best Buy. The buying process was very smooth and hassle free. The TV itself is a solid set, and was very easy to set up. Yes, I did have to get a "Roku" account. I wasn't charged for anything, and seemed to get the option of lots of channels. As this is my first "Smart" Television. So far, I am very impressed with how this Television has performed.

Awesome picture and sound

We grabbed this on sale for our RV and are very pleased with it. Awesome picture and sound. The smart TV functions are simple and easy to navigate. Roku does require you to set up an account but gives access to lots of free and pay movies and TV. The streaming over WiFi works great and responds smartly. We tried an HD over air antenna and picked up the only over air HD channel in our area clean and crisp. When on display at Best Buy we were hard pressed to see any difference next to a 1080P TV.

Excellent TV

Pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this TV. Sharp images, nicely designed and simplified remote with Netflix button, lots of additional apps that can be downloaded, many of them free. Don't let the LCD designation deter you, as it has LED backlighting. You can research this on the Internet, and you'll find that the new generation of LCDs are actually LEDs. Setup was easy, TV is very sturdy on its rubber-cushioned legs. The only minor annoyance is the slight amount of time it takes for Netflix to open, which only happens right after the TV had been turned on. Once the TV has been on for a short while, downloading is fast, and Netflix and other apps open very quickly. Netflix movies start after less than 5 seconds. The TV is a true bargain, especially when purchased on sale, which happens often.

Sent it back

First of all I want to say how much I love shopping at Best Buy, they stand behind what they sell. About 4 months ago I purchased this TV based on price and name, but turned out I was going to be very disappointed. TV was searching very often for Wi-Fi. At first I thought was my network was slow or something, but I did about 5-6 side by side comparison with my tablet watching the same YouTube videos. Yup.. after a week I got easily refunded. Got to love Best Buy!!!!!

Good buy

Nice hdtv, nice color and good sound, Roku system a bit complex to use.

okay TV for the price

this tv was a good price only if you buy one in your lifetime, roku will charge you an activation fee if you own more than one, none of the sales representatives new anything about this, so I think I should let people know that a third party is involved

We are Impressed!!!

This 32" Smart TV with Roku is a lot of bang for a little buck! Incredibly easy to set up and connect all of it's features. The volume of the enclosed downward facing speakers sounds very quiet in the store, but once installed on the full motion wall mount in our home it's surprisingly quite loud and clear. The remote is quite simple, sleek and easy to use. The remote has side mounted volume up/down and mute similar to a mobile phone. The picture is bright, clear and vivid for a 720p display and that's with factory settings right out of the box. There are several inputs to facilitate all device connection needs. I highly recommend this T.V. :)
