I was looking for a simple lock for my laptop so when I'm at a conference I can leave my laptop alone while I go to the bathroom or something. This worked perfectly. It didn't need to be super heavy duty which was nice because while this feels strong and hard to tamper with, it's still light to carry around. Combo lock means no keys to worry about losing. Would get it again. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.

While this might not be an innovative product as they have been around for a very long time to protect against laptop theft, it's usage has not changed and even large corporations provide to their staff in remote and agile related environments. Over the years they have come in different incarnations (good and bad, keyed or thumb password). What sets this product apart is the thumb lock, the rubberized (over metal) cable and cable loop and most importantly the 2 year warranty that is provided on purchase. In the past from other vendors, you might have got a 30 day warranty or slightly more. The whole goal is to provide security for a valuable asset whether that asset is used personally at home or at work. It is light and small and can be carried in your laptop bag. This product does this well. It can be easily secure to a table, desk or pretty much anything you can loop the cable around. This product fits the security bill and is a reasonably priced. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.
