    I bought this mat couple of months back.I was not a regular user before but I have been using it every day now for past 2 months.This mat is not of a good quality and the it has started shredding off since I exercise on it with my shoes on.Only would work for light yoga and not heavy workouts.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
