- No Heating Gel Available- December 24, 2020
After placing the order, I looked for the accompanying heating gel online to use the fondue set and it was not available. I called BestBuy to cancel the order, five minutes after I placed the order, and I was told that they were not able to cancel the order and that a supervisor was needed that wouldn't be available for two to three days. I used a pre-paid card that I need for x-mas shopping and I cannot use it until BestBuy cancels the order. Bestbuy does not sell the heating gel that accompanies this product and the manufacturer is sold out. It is unacceptable that I cannot cancel this order.

Nice material, great design and steady temperature. I didn’t like the metal support construction, but it works well.
