Tempur-Pedic Ergo 2.0 Upholstered Lifestyle Adjustable Bed / Base - Double/Full

Delivery and setup were fast and easy. The adjustable frame is nice but we had the Tempurpedic platform prior and without it there's a lot more motion transfer with just the adjustable frame. Plus it was a LOT lower than what I was used to with the platform. So we took the legs off the frame, put the platform back and put just the adjustable frame directly on the platform. It's much more stable with less motion transfer feeling. It did add a few inches of height which may be problematic for some people. It's been great with the zero gravity setting. Both of us have back pain and this really helps. Overall really happy with the purchase

Okay but could have some improvements in design. The controls require the light to be on disturbing the other sleeper. The controls should be clear by touch alone or with a glow light instead of such a bright light. The buttons sometimes require pressing more than once to operate. The vibrators should allow for variable on time instead of 30 minutes the only choice. The mattresses should provide a method to keep the bottom sheets in place - like a Scrunchy. With the up and down movement required by head and foot adjustments, the bottom sheets end up loose and not captured by the mattresses. For the high cost of these beds, they should be designed better.

The product is awesome! But... I just have to say... that the customer support is by far the best I've ever dealt with!!!! I've worked in customer support for more than 12 years and I could not believe how helpful and reliable the customer service has been. Deborah H. Was the customer care specialist I had spoke with along with a couple more. You'd think it was a coincidence to get someone that was kind, genuine, and super helpful.. but no.... each one of their team members were that way!!! This is a company I will continue to use and continue to tell my friends about. The customer service field could learn a thing or two from this company. Thank you so much!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the temperpedic cloud about 5 years ago. My husband was fighting stage 4 cancer and could not get comfortable in our bed. Once the tempurpedic arrived he could finally get some sleep. I had lung cancer surgery and an abdominal aneurysm repair in 2017 and did not have room for a recliner, I just could not get comfortable. Last year I fractured my shoulder and once again I could not get comfortable, not the beds fault, so this year I invested in the ergo base. I love it. When I get into bed I raise my legs for a while and it is so nice to raise my head to watch tv. The point of my story is, I am now prepared for what ever may happen to me in the future :)

I have 2 degenerative spinal diseases. I was no longer able to sleep on a flat mattress of any kind as my hips tightened and sent pain down both legs. I started sleeping in my comfy recliner and had no pain, but after a few months that got old as it is narrow and you can not sleep on your side. I looked into a base that would lift the mattress at both ends so my bed would resemble my recliner. At a local furniture store I tried the EASE and loved it and bought one. Problem solved, I can now sleep in a bed again with no pain. I have been sleeping in it now for 3 weeks, still experimenting with the different positions the mattress can be put in. I only wish it had drop down rollers to move it.
