  • Good toning workout

    This is a good video for toning and strengthening (like it's name :) ). Brooke and her partner are good at encouraging and explaining each move and it is easy to follow. My only complaint is that I was looking for something with more cardio to burn more fat and reach my weight goals. I did not find it very aerobic. I am not in good shape as I just started exercising, and I do not get winded or sweaty doing this video. My muscles do get tired, though. I still use it to try to keep toned as I lose weight, and I think it will be a good toning workout once I reach my goals, but I had to buy another dvd to get more cardio in.
