Was good for about 2 months.

The sound quality is no doubt amazing. Plus, you had a choice for the bass too. It was very comfortable, and the mic quality was decent. But, then the cheap plastic on the side broke. One of the sides of the headphones snapped right off. Terrible cheap plastic. Overall, good sound, terrible plastic build.

Buy if you've got money to burn

I bought one about 1 + 1/2 year ago and after krazy gluing the bands on the side (the ones you can pull or push on to better fit your head) 4+ times (2+ on each side) the left side finally bent in so much that even the krazy glue won't fix it for another day. The comfort was there and the sound was good, but considering that cheaper headsets last for at least thrice as long, this isn't worth the purchase.

WARNING DO NOT BUY

This is a horrible headset the adapter broke hardly after a year and there are no replacement parts. Do not buy!

Good product but be aware that you need another piece for it to operate with teh XBox One

This headset is very effective. However there is an additional piece required to plug into the controller in order for the headset to work. This is not disclosed up front, or if it was, it certainly isn't evident. Fortunately I already had an adaptor for the 360 headset and it works with the Turtle Beach unit. Although I think it compromises some of the programmability because the tutorial screen in the installation instructions is not available to me in the settings for the console.

There eh

These headsets only last for a year or less before they break. I took really good care off them for about 10 months, and then the cord just broke out of no were, i've had 2 of these and both died 10 months in. Some of the good things about this headset are the the Mic is pretty good and the sound it great but. But the thing well only last you a year or so.

was a really good headset for awhile but...

When I first got the head set it was great, my favorite part of the headset was the super human hearing. After just one charge the headset broke. Me thinking it was just defective took it back and got another of the same model. This time after one month it broke. Turtle Beach just aint a good brand anymore

Not Bad

Great headset only downfall is that it gets uncomfortable after a while and the charging port on the remote broke so remote is useless to me now.

NEEDS PC SPLITTER ADAPTER CABLE FOR THE COMPUTER

I think the headset is great, but my daughter needs it for the PC to do on-line school work. I need a 3.5 mm aud/mic PC splitter cable. Turtle Beach has them but doesn't deliver to Canada. I searched many of their on-line Canadian suppliers and I couldn't find one. I finally found a Canadian supplier in Ontario (I'm in BC). It would be great if Best Buy carried a splitter cable, but I couldn't find one on their site. I also phoned them and was connected with a Best Buy near my home location. But no one answered. So, I'm not impressed with the follow up service that I tried to access through Best Buy or Turtle Beach. You are really on your own if you need the adapter cable for a PC hookup. Good luck:)

made cheap

Bought this for my son, a couple weeks later the amp started stacking, so there was no good sound, so we took it out, later the headphones cracked on both sides, don't buy invest your money on a better one.

Love it, but uncomfortable.

I used the Turtle Beach PX24 for a couple months now, and I like everything about it. The only downfall is it gets uncomfortable over time.

Good for awhile

Was happy with the purchase for about 2 months. One nagging issue was when the headset was muted and then un-muted it would disable the mic monitoring/side tone (ability to hear your self speak) so the control box would have to be power cycled. However, after 2 months the left side ear piece snapped off while trying to adjust it. Made of very cheap plastic at the hinge. Applied very little pressure and it broke. Completely unacceptable build quality on a [price] headset.

Great headset

Great sound. Love the super human hearing. If you have a PC that needs both an audio and MIC 3.5 mm pin, you will have to buy an adapter for it. The headset has a 4 pin 3.5mm connector, which works well on newer PC's
