UFile 2021 (PC) - 4 Returns

Surprised that the store box does not include CD but was able to easily download the installation file. However, it would not install on Win10 PC and reading the forum on the Ufile site, this is a common problem. No responses from Ufile about the problem. There was an alternate way of installing the software proposed in the forum by a poster that did work. The software seems to work fine as always but this is the first time that I had such an installation problem after using for several years, most being installed from CD.

Horrible service. Called 6 times over 6 days with no solution. Meanwhile Best buy has billed me and I do not have the software. I was informed there is an issue with the download from the vendor. Is this a viable business model they sell a product and then later try to figure out a solution.

I am a professional tax accountant, and would recommend this software to anyone, especially those that wants something simple and easy to read, without worrying about going through complicated tax forms. Personally have Windows 10 64bit and had no issues downloading last year and personally been using the program since the software has been offered ~ 20 years. The thing that is best about the software, is everything is included in one package, you do not need to 'upgrade' to a higher more expensive version to meet your tax needs.

Have been using UFile for at least 5 years and no problem in downloading and installing the software. The base version allows up to 4 returns which is good for most users. Support usually takes 1-2 business days and the response quality has been excellent solving all my issues. Net file is on point and no errors and also hooks up to Express Notice of Assessment. Not sure why there were so many download of install issues but so far, 100% good. Highly recommended as the price is on average $5/ return if you use up all 4 returns.

Can't install product and looking at different forums, it appears to be a major issue with many people. DO NOT BUY!!!
