If you want a very simple camera that you can view video from your phone/tablet App ONLY, then this is the camera for you. Video quality is great (particularly good night vision). Getting the camera on WiFi is frustrating. Tip- Using the App you need to scan the QR code on the camera first, then put all your WiFi network details into the App, then the App makes a new QR code for you to scan using the camera. Thats how the camera gets it's programming. The bad- You cannot view the video feed in your web browser or any other App using RTSP (even though the spec says it supports protocols RTSP, RSP, HTML). I confirmed this with the companies support. So you cannot use it with any other Apps, you cannot access the advanced settings for the camera, you cannot use this with a PVR.. all things I wanted to do. Very disappointed, returning product. I've found they've made it 'too smart', 'too easy' to use and cut out the advanced features some people want.

Got an email from Best Buy to review product and when I clicked on it, I got a 404 forbidden message screen. Package contains packing, usb cord, camera, base and screws. App is terrible, after 3 hours can only see image when I am attached to a network, cell procedure is a trip through h e double hockey sticks. Bought on sale, but follow up is worse than climbing Mount Everest. Will be seeking support, bought four of these units, at least 3 will be going back. Will take a 128gb storage card, best if you get on sale.
