Urbanears Alby In-Ear Sound Isolating Truly Wireless Headphones - Ultra Violet

These pods were designed to be used a 1 pod at a time or both that the same time. To use both you have to pair them together, which I did. These pods were great for about 3 months, then all of a sudden started having pairing issues. Now with every use I have to repair the pods to themselves even when switching between music and a phone call. I have spent hours with support trying to find a solution and all they say is that's how they are designed. Why did they stay paired together for 3 months now all of a sudden are inconsistent? I would avoid this product if you want both pods to work st the same time regularly.

I wanted to love these. The design was sleek. The case was perfect. However, I could only get the left bud to work at first. Once I started getting the right bud to work, both buds would disconnect from Bluetooth when I changed the song. I tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions on the website and nothing worked. The sound is also quite tinny. Will be returning.

I got them because I figured they were average and I was correct. I don’t love them but they don’t suck. I don’t like the sensitivity of the tap I look like I’m smacking myself LOL. Good sound quality and battery life

Tried two pair that did not work; first pair only left ear worked, exchanged for 2nd pair did not charge at all. Returned for different product.

I never have complained about anything I purchase. I usually blame it on myself for spending the money on junk. But, OMG these earbuds are SO FRUSTRATING!!! It is a constant battle to try to get them to pair together and to my phone.. Also, the battery life it terrible. I will use them for and hour (if that) and they die. Really not happy with this purchase.
