- Huge disappointment- December 19, 2020
We had a V-Tech for years and the hands-free function worked well as long as we did not adjust the volume. Then the (out-going) voice transmission began to break-up so badly we could not be understood. We require this function on the phone as we work from home on teleconferencing and require a landline phone for confidentiality. Given our long (5 years) good success, we purchased an identical phone. The new phone immediately had the same problem. This was very disappointing as every other aspect this phone is a joy to use. Many other users experienced this same problem. Now we are researching the reviews of the competitors.

Report - Don't waste your money- November 7, 2020
I purchased this phone on Apr.6/12, and May 31/13, and Jul.13/17. They are only warrantied for 1 year ONLY. The second one lasted 4 years. The third one lasted 3 years. Problems: the screen stops working (all of mine did this), the last one the ringer stopped working and did not receive calls. Spend a little more and buy a better rated phone.
