We got this for Christmas and it is so much nicer than regular flossing which many times makes my gums bleed. It massages your gums and you can adjust the strength so it's gentle or more intense. I use warm water in it.

Very glad I picked up this waterpik. It works wonderful, many attachments and easy to use. My only complaint is the on/off switch which seems to be a bit sticky to use. Wonderful product all around!

Nice color. Matches my bathroom decor. Has good pulsating power for cleaning gums and between teeth. It is a loud machine though.
