  • Garbage

from Arborfield, SK on August 14, 2018

Bought this and the drive always has to be unlocked, even after setting it to not lock again. Also seems to lose files for no reason. Oh, and did I mention that there is now error messages saying there are problems with the drive that need to be fixed.

  • Good until it died

from West Vancouver, BC on August 7, 2018

Really enjoyed this back up until one day it wouldn't show up in finder. Apparently it is corrupt. I can pay to have the data recovered, but luckily my computer is still fine. So I just need to buy a replacement. Apparently this is very common with WD passports. You just have to keep replacing them after 2 - 3 years. Think I might try another brand......
