- RETURNED - Received WRONG Colour TWICE!- July 26, 2021
In 2 weeks received this item in Dark Walnut colour twice because the first order was missed up and they magically repeated their mistake (most likely the supplier), The colour I got wasn't even aviabale on Bestbuy.ca. I wanted the Grey Wash colour - Ask to speak to a manager, that didn't happen! I had to move this 82 pound box twice from my condo lobby, that's twice in 7 days to find out its the wrong colour again. For all that trouble I wasn't even compensated with a credit or anything. They just sent my a waybill for it to be returned for refund. Now I have to take a day off to Purolator came pick it up, I lose a vacation day and I have no product. Product looks good if I got the right colour. The time I spent on chat and calling in twice over 2 hours more than enough time to build this unit which I will never get because the 3rd time wont be charm if they send me the same colour again! :(

This entertainment stand is sturdy, stylish and the color was spot-on. The only reason I give it 4 stars, as opposed to 5, is that one of the pieces arrived broken and instead of hasseling to return it, I used gorilla glue to make it workable.

assembling this product is a little challenging but once it is done it is a good addition ample storage, and looks great.
