I wanted a cabinet for my front entryway and I thought this would be perfect as it had a drawer, cupboards and a shelf where I could put a basket to hold my keys. It was a little challenging to put together. The different screws etc were marked well in baggies, and the panels each had a corresponding letter stuck on them. I found the screw locking thingies were a little hard to use, they didn't like to stay tight, so when I moved the furniture one or two would jiggle loose and fall out. After I built the whole thing, I just went back and put them back where they fell out from. The piece should be fine as long as I don't move it around. The manual stated it was a 2 person job - but I did it by myself. It was a little hard getting the top piece on alone but it was doable. Also you definitely need a power drill or power screwdriver to build it - a lot of it can be done with hand tools, but the back and the drawer definitely need a power assist. In total I think it took me about 4-5 hours to put it together and get it into the hall. Now that it is there, I really like it, it has the functionality I was hoping for. It also looks nice and has a relatively small footprint for the amount of storage it provides. I like that the shelves in both the upper and lower cabinet are adjustable.
