- Xbox Controller Shock Blue- April 9, 2021
To me the color on the controller look sick so I had to get it. The quality feels good, the buttons, analog sticks, triggers and the vibration. Better than the later controller models. I get lazy just using the keyboard and mouse... I just want to sit back and use a controller and so far I haven’t run into any problems with it. I also bought a rechargeable battery pack even though it comes with AA batteries I rather just get the charger as well. IT ALSO CAME WITH GAME PASS CODE!!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- New controller is great!!- January 7, 2022
Needed a new controller and this was on Sale at BestBuy. Great functionality and taking the battery cover off, it allows to be charged on the stand charger I used with my original Xbox controllers. Great feel and the texture makes it a great grip while the sticks are very responsive. Truly a good buy!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Basic equipment for gaming- January 11, 2021
It's cleaner and prettier. The cross button has been improved and I like the support of USB TYPEC more than anything else. But if you have the previous version, it's not enough to buy it. Purchase a PS5 controllerYes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- A Nice Light Upgrade from the Xbox One Controller- July 30, 2021
So far no issues and it works great with no drifting, pretty much plug-n-play. My second Xbox Series X controller for my pc, but in all honestly it seems like most controllers have drifting/button issues after constant use. I find myself replacing these controllers every year or so. Ergonomics of this controller is just like the old Xbox One Controller with the addition of a firm textured grip/bumpers/triggers and a more tactile responsive d-pad, albeit not the greatest for fighting games. Note - this does not come with a USB-C cable out of the box unless you get a bundle.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Best Console Controller- December 26, 2020
I purchased the Microsoft Xbox Series Wireless Controller (Shock Blue) for my nephew for Christmas so he can have an additional controller for his Xbox One S. The main thing that I he likes about it is the stippled texturing on the triggers and the back of the controller. The bumpers and triggers have a matte finish, which he says more nicer to him. There's a new share button on the center of the controller, which from what he said makes it easier to save screenshots and video clips. One press for screenshot or hold for video clip. Also, to view recent clips you can fouble press the share button to see them. My nephew is an avid gamer and has been since birth and loves playing Fortnite. He gets sweaty hands after long sessions of gaming and the grip on the controller helps. He can experience incredible intensity, precision and comfort of the Xbox Wireless Controller and also feel vibration feedback and jolts in high definition which he loves! The controller is wireless and fits perfectly on a rechargeable battery holder. The controller itself fits comfortably in his mid-sized hands and the triggers are very responsive. The main differences are the feel of the controller itself and the D-pad. It now has a lot more textured feeling, which extends to the bumpers and triggers. The bumpers used to be glossy and slippery and now they're more of a matte finish. The D-pad returns to the more "paddle" like one from the Xbox 360 but is much improved from that version and feels tight and clicky instead of wobbly. It also is very responsive with a satisfying mechanical feel and is faster and more responsive than the XB1 controller This controller has USB-C instead of Micro USB, Better texture on the handles, Grippy triggers, Built in Bluetooth, and a new D-Pad. It includes Xbox Wireless and Bluetooth technology for wireless gaming on supported consoles. Such as, Windows 10 PCs, Android phones, and tablets. Hopefully iOS support coming in the future. There is also a 15 day Xbox Game Pass included. Barring the elite controller, this is hands-down my nephew's favorite controller for any console to date. Well done, Microsoft you out done yourself with this one!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
