It took a little time but if you follow the steps in the document https://www.zositech.com/nvr-setup-guide/ you will be fine. Quick notes... register for your Zosi account fist, get the DVSS app to work on your phone or i-pAD and then you can download and install DVSS for Windows or MAC. Cameras work great. Little difficult to get recording times set up but the setup guide walks you through it pretty well.

Ordered and received this product with fast shipping. One of the cameras was defective upon arrival, but the other three set up easily. Worked with Slina on the customer service desk. After some testing, following easy instructions, a new camera had to be sent out. The new camera arrived and was set up in the system. Cameras work great now and record well. 1TB drive has 1 month of recording on it to date. Not sure how much it will hold, but that amount of historical footage is enough for me. Happy with the system.
