this is old technology and the price went from 160 to 200? This is ridiculous. Highway robbery! How can Best Buy even try to advertise for these sellers?! I am embarrassed that they choose to allow this to be sold on their site.No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- Okay back up phone- December 14, 2016
Since our iPhones are constantly in need of major repairs this year, we needed another phone so whomever's iPhone was out of commission while Apple repaired wouldn't be off the map. This phone takes me back twenty years when the flip phone was in demand. It's very small and took some getting us to because we're used to touching the screen. It works well but it's hard to hear if you're not in a quiet place. I had to leave a store and go outside away from people to heat the conversation. I would not recommend it for everyday use, but as a back-up phone it's good.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

If you are as hard on phones as I am, this is the phone for you. It takes a beating that would have you crying over your cracked-screen Iphone and keeps right on working. And the good news is that if you do find a way to kill it, you can pop into BB, and replace it for $10 on sale and swap out the sim cards (thank you AT&T for keeping this convenience available). I bought two the last time they were on sale because I'm still not willing to pay extra for the same plan just because I own a smart phone. Can you hack a satellite with it or write your PhD dissertation on it, no. Will it make calls and send texts, yes. If that's all you need and you want a phone that fits in your pocket without feeling like you're carrying around two decks of playing cards, this is the phone for you.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Afterwards we will provide a prepaid return label to inspect your device so we can determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. If there are no issues or the issues can’t be replicated, the order will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for the delivery fee of the shipping to and from our repair facility.
