    I placed an order in mid November and receive a notice shortly after that there would be a slight delay in receiving my order. That was received in mid November and no updates have been received since. I’ve sent multiple emails following up on the status of my order and even received a case number from Zwilling. Still, not a single effort has been made on their end to provide me with an update. I do not recommend ordering online nor from this company as a result. I still have not received my order or an update as of Dec 31.
