The glass lid's silicone casing has an integrated sieve in two sizes so that liquids can be poured off easily – without the need for an additional sieve. The X mark on the lid indicates the optimal lid position for reducing steam output. The casserole dish's handles also feature grey soft-touch silicone so that the pot, which is suitable for use on induction hobs, is always comfortable to touch and move. The stock pot measures 20 cm across, holds 3 litres, has a SIGMA Classic + sandwich base for optimal heat distribution and is ideal for medium portions.
