Customer Support

I had a little issue using the remote at first using the device. I called support and they were able to fix it. It was a good experience overall with customer service through the phone and I am glad that they were able to fix it.

Good Buy

I was hesitant to try this product at first because I am not familiar with the brand. After using it for 2 weeks, I was satisfied with this product. Definitely worth my money.

pretty much google home with a user interface

I bought a couple of these so that I can install google assistant and a webcam to basically make this into a google home speaker, but with the ability to use apps and my soundbar rather than the tiny speaker in the google home. I hooked one up in the wall of my hallway with a 14 inch monitor mounted. Its basically a smart digital picture frame I leave it on so that it is digital picture frame until I am getting ready in the morning. Then it shows me the traffic on my way to work while I listen to 680 news through tunein app.

Good product arrived in two days

Im happy with the product. Knowing I have a 1 year warranty on a low cost android device will hopefully mean I get proper support, unlike the ones Ive bought on amazon.

Great device with a great remote

I have always been a fan of these "power user" friendly devices without the restrictions of mainstream android devices. For anyone complaining about some apps not working like they would in a phone, remember that these apps are mostly designed for touchscreen devices, thus, use the air mouse, or heck, even a regular mouse. Only complaint is that with netflix making their app more exclusive and removing it from thousands of devices, I wish they would not make us have to do workarounds. That being said, just youtube about it if you have any netflix issues. Theres always a ton of easy ways to get it working properly.

Very Disappointed

I have owned a MyGica for a number of years, and was very happy with it. The software has become outdated. The memory of the Gica is to small to allow me to upgrade. I recently purchase the "latest and greatest 1960" and have had nothing but problems with it. The manual says the default language is English, however it is continually defaulting to an Asian language. The box is continually making loud booming noises while it is being used. I also often drops the internet connection and has difficulty reconnecting. I still use the old box which I find works just as well. I would not recommend the 1960.

Know your purchase

Familiar with Mygica, be aware of the following....Google is NOT REGISTERED at time of purchase, you need to get set up and add APk’s to register your use of Google. You also need to purchase a new power adapter as the one needed is 5v 2a and you need 5v 3a. Strong chance of breaking unit if you are not aware. Go to mygica.tv for information
