  • Returning the product was not as easy as just dropping it off at best buy. Communication with seller was good and they were responsive. They sent me a return shipping label. Unfortunately I have to pay return shipping and there will be no refund on my original shipping cost. I am out of pocket for two way shiping cost. Understandable, but I think I will avoid 3rd party sellers in future and just return an item to the local best buy store if needed.
