  • items arrived in 20 days and one of that arrived broken with a poor try to fix it from the seller. I'm not going to make a claim for it because i don't want to wait for other 20 days.

  • I am still waiting for the third piece of my order to arrive. When it originally arrived,one of the three was damaged and was returned to the seller. We do not yet have the replacement.

  • Rec'd watch but was too big for my wife. Want to return it and am waiting for return info , because I cannot return to Best Buy, from the online offer--- So now I will have to pay to send back and probably a restocking fee--- not happy. Since Bestbuy took my money I should be able to return it to them at no cost to me.

  • The ptoduct quality is not good at all and wanted to return but best buy does not take it back and marketplace deducting 20 percent restocking and asking me to ship to US and customer will pay for shipping. Hard to beilive this bestbuy business model.. Jasvinder Singh 416-903-2569

  • Took quite a long time getting to me....and delivery was not right to my door. I had to go pick it up at a storage trailer. But chair is beautiful, no damage, comfortable.
