Recycling of your old item(s) is not included with delivery.

Furniture must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

  • Took a while to fulfill my order(1 item) Placed my Order January 21st. Did not get shipping information until February 3rd. It is now February 10th and still have not recieved my order.

  • I would have liked to give a -5 star rating as the item they sent was not what I ordered and Best Buy Markeplace's handling of communication to and from the vendor has a three day service level attached to it, so in order to communicate with them, you have to wait three days after you send them a message for them to even have to reply. When the seller (vendor) did reply they told me it was the correct replacement even though I could physically install it, it was not recognized by my printer.
