My worst experience ever! I don't recommand u to deal with the market place. I feel like a ping pong ball. They sent me a machine that doesn't work. No one is taking its responsability. Since November until August, no refund at all even if I sent it back. I get the same answer with Best Buy, nothing helpful, only promises everytime I'm calling them. Preparing myself to call Agence de protection des consommateurs. But I had to place this rating to avoid to somme people this loss of time/energy.

-It was a rough start - until we were told about the power breaker - but my grandson is blasting away on his Razor 500. It also looks like it will last for a few years of growth, as he is only 7.

My son received his new Tao kick scooter for Christmas, Dec. 25, 2018. He charged it and it won't start? We read the info pamphlet, but still the scooter won't start. Please advise.
