  • Hello, I still haven’t received the high chair that was supposed to be a part of my package. Our crib came with the box damaged as well, hopefully the crib is okay. We haven’t put together our items yet but hopefully everything is good :)

  • This experience was terrible! We made an order on December 30th - had to call customer service on 3 separate occasions to finally get item shipped on January 7th! Now - today - it’s January 21st and I STILL have not received my item that cost is over 600$!! The tracking company gives me no information and I cannot get ahold of the company that sold us the item through Best Buy. We have always had great success with Best Buy in the past - but we will never be buying anything online again.

  • Delivery took way longer than expected: 1st item arrived right away (ergo that we love), 2nd item arrived after 2+ weeks (stroller) and now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the 3rd item, now a desperately needed carseat and the reason I bought item 2 (the compatible stroller). My account shows all items have been delivered so I called the shipping company. Apparently they haven’t even received the car seat from the seller! I emailed Best Buy to get more info and have not yet heard back.

  • I purchase on Dec 27th. The shipping label wasn’t created until Jan 4th. Even though the label was created on Jan 4th it wasn’t shipped until Jan 14th. It’s estimated to arrive Jan 23rd. But who knows if it will arrive on time... So if you buy the bedding expect it to take a month to ship within Canada which seems like a long time. I hope the bedding is nice as we’ve waited a month and if it’s not nice or good quality it’s much closer to our due date to return and find something else.

  • The crib I purchased is very cheaply made. It also was not even close to the correct colour that was described and shown on the website. I have attempted to set up a return for the item and nobody is getting back to me. I am very disappointed all around with the product, the way this has been dealt with, and the lack of communication.

  • Very pleased with bebeleo. Nice products and quick delivery. Also notifications for delivery were good as well. I could track my shipment once shipped.
