  • The 6 gallon Air Care humidifier I bought arrived in a fairly timely manner, in good shape and works well. The only issue I have is the tracking didn't work, couldn't get hold of the call center and the online help didn't resolve the issue, nor did I hear back from them. As a new customer, I did not like my money being taken before the item was shipped, especially with no way to track my order.

  • All in all, a fairly easy process. Product was delivered promptly, although we never used it as we repaired the original phone it was to replace by swapping out the cord from base to hand held. The return process entails contacting the supplier directly and not being able to return to Best Buy, so you do have to cover the shipping costs.

  • The wrong item was shipped. I ordered steam mop and it came with a vacuum. I need to re order the same item and paid for it. Also need to ship the wrong item back. It was big and heavy to carry.
