I have used my iPad mini so far for a couple of weeks. Item is working great. It arrived quickly. I was able to download my info from iCloud. So far - no issues - I’m very pleased with this purchased.

Great, they called less than a day after ordering to talk about delivery and let me know it would only be to the front door due to covid. They said they'd call again to set a day and time but the freezers actually went to the local armor transport depot and they called to ask when I wanted them, and they came right away. From order to receiving it was prob a week and the armor guy brought it right inside the shop where I needed it.

Would have given 5 stars if communication was faster. The shipping process was a normal time frame, and the seller got back to me regarding a shipping address change request after it had already shipped.

my purchase was delivered the next day and was as ordered. I was unable to use the item and returned it. I took it back to a FEDEX retail location. I received emails keeping me informed of the status of the return. 2 weeks later I received a full refund. I am happy with the revise and would recommend it.

Don't waste your money I've been waiting over a week for any reply about if I'm even getting my refund after they sent me an iPad pro with major scuffs and dings, a DEAD PIXEL, and it reaked of water damage on arrival (I'm guessing because it was absolutely FREEZING COLD in CONDENSATION). I sent it back and am awaiting a very long "inspection period" which they clearly overlook before shipping your product.
