  • I am very disappointed with the weight limit. On Best Buy website it says 90 kg but in the box the manufacturer says 75... in pounds that’s a big deal... especially for the lower. I can’t read a book to my son on the bottom full size bed... 165 lbs is a pathetic limit... the fact that the website is wrong makes it misrepresentation. The white frame is beautiful and seems very solid... the slats though are horrendous... many were warped and different lengths... no guidelines to put in slats...

  • Horrible experience. Delivered the wrong couch and the delivery guy would not take it back. After numerous emails the shipping company called and said they couldn't pick it up because they have a one man crew and he cannot do a couch by himself. Am now sitting with three large boxes in our living room and will probably be like this for the Christmas holidays.

  • The experience was mixed. The shipping company apparently lost one of two boxes. However Sheila at customer support resolved the issue. It was good to talk with a real person who knew what to do. I got the second box in a timely manner on a resend with another shipping company. I haven’t opened the boxes yet. I hope pieces match! Sheila’s help was timely, supportive and heartening 🙂👍👍

I had a horrible experience with wayfair, and got a refund.. went online to look around.. feeling disappointed my merchandise was not coming.. found my reversible sectional online and was surprised to learn best buy had furniture.. ordered, paid and happy to learn shipped same day.. received so quickly and at my door! It's real leather too! Highly recommended! Great experience!

  • My order was damaged when received I had pics taken and paperwork noted off damage to carrier. I wrote bestbuy telling them off damage but haven’t heard back from them to date.

  • The couch itself is a bit hard but I’m sure it will break in. Lots of storage space! I’m a little disappointed of how it converts into a bed. It’s not a pull out sofa bed more of a klic klac style. There were no pictures on the site to show how it opened. Will still do the job but not my preference. All in all this is a cute couch.
