  • I ordered a 4 TB hard drive in red. It took a long time to arrive. I received a 5 TB in black. My bill was larger than I thought it should be. Tried to exchange for the proper size and colour at my local Best Buy store but even though they were super at the store, they could not help me because apparently I did not purchase from Best Buy.

  • The item never came. The address kept deleting my unit number. The only reason I know any of this is a problem is because of the package tracking. The seller has not refunded or contacted me despite my item going back to them. I am still waiting for a refund or for them to reach out.
