  • The Best Buy market place seller Aurora Electric sent me a product with a broken lid, which took many weeks to get here. I contacted them about the broken lid, they promptly replied and sent me the lid at no cost.

  • Awfull I recived a partial order. 1 from 1 supplier and the other from the second supplier The second supplier, well i have yet to recieve the order. it shows that Canada post delivered it and i have reached the second supplier twice as Best Buy Market Place twice, In short I was responsible to follow up with Canada Post. I tried once, waited over 30 minutes and I just gave up I reached out to Best Buy Market Place again and I was told I would have to follow up with Canada Post

  • Had an amazing experience with the seller. I had placed the wrong address for delivery and I was able to contact the distributor and they promptly corrected the address and the product was delivered quickly. Also the machine makes great coffee.

  • No answers from seller. called, emailed no comunication. Arora Elictric - have website but phone never answer. Marketplace is a bad idea. i thought i am dealing with best buy, but eventualy not. bad expierance.

  • My purchase experience was good. I received what I had ordered, and I am satisfied with my purchase. The only issue I had was that although I did provide my full address in the order, the shipper did not note my apartment number on the shipping label, which caused delays (a day or two) in receiving the product, resulting in my having to get in touch with Canada Post to track the package and correct the issue. I am, however very happy with the product.
