  • Placing the order thru Best Buy: Easy. Product arrived in time. But the unit was defective and the seller informed accordingly. On-line authorization to return: Received very quickly with a contact info (toll-free #). When contacted, the seller's rep (a super nice gent) explained the return process and sent the replacement unit asap. The replacement product arrived in time and works OK. The defective unit was returned to the seller. Rating decreased by 1* due to 1st defective shipment.

  • Our fridge arived later in the day than was expected but this s understandable in snowy weather. The men who deivered it were courteous and efficient, We were asked not to plug in the refrigerator for an hour, which meant tthat I had to move the fridge to the wall and balance it myself - not an easy task for an 85-year-old woman. Having said all that, I am delighted with my refrigerator and I would shop at Best Buy for appliances again.

  • The personal CCD player arrived promptly on the date it was supposed to. But it worked for a day or twoo and then it would play three songs and stop change the CD disc and it was the same Now it does not work at all and have tried several disck that work fine in the car but not on the CD player Cost to much to send it back so Im stuck with something that does not perform
