  • I appreciated that the phone came with a screen protector. However, I am disappointed that the device continuously restarts. At times I can not even use it as the phone is stuck restarting for hours. I am displeased you sold a defective device.

  • First they shipped it to the wrong address that I had given them and they didn’t put my phone number down on the package in case they made a error so that the post office couldn’t get in touch with me. They lied to me when they said that they were going to ship it back out immediately once they received it you took them over a week to just get in touch with me And then told me it would take two weeks before they can ship it out. .   • Received tablet that would only work when plugged in. Main battery would not charge. CMOS battery not functioning. Company was quick to respond to my email and requested return of unit. I was expecting a repair or replacement, but was issued a refund instead. I purchased a unit elsewhere.

  • Experience not good. First phone was lost/stolen while in transit. Replacement phone took longer to arrive than promised by the seller. When I tried to set the phone up, the touch screen was unresponsive. Seller tried to defend that they checked the phone over before selling it. I went to Apple directly and learned the phone had been in for repair previously for the same reason. Apple was amazing and gave me a brand new phone. Seller did not disclose the phone was previously repaired.
