  • Worst purchase in the history of my purchases. Paid for a webcam and mic, got an Ipad case. Not sure how that worked. Little to no communication. Only plus side was that they provided a return label.

  • This has been a terrible experience purchasing from bestbuy. The product Was faulty and the procedure for returning it has still not gone through after a week of trying. Do t buy anything from marketplace.

  • I had purchased two snowball and webcam bundles from them, the package came on time, however it was the wrong item. I contacted the seller which took a very long time for a response, I had to escalate the three messages I sent to them. When they finally got back to me the only response I got was that I could get a refund and I wouldn't be receiving my items I payed for. They said the items I purchased never existed, even though they sell the same bundle on other sites. Do not buy from here.

  • The process was as easy as it gets. I was able to make the purchase quickly and easily and the tracking which was also easy to follow, confirmed when the package was to arrive, and it did right on schedule.

  • I will never use marketplace again. My product was used, there was no instructions & came with a European plug! I had to return the product and hope to receive a full refund.

  • Terrible. Shipment was late. Twice I was told it had arrived when it hadn't. Eventually showed up maybe a week late. Will never buy from a third party again.
