  • So far, item has not arrived. In spite of two calls to Best Buy. The vendor has given numerous excuses.

  • I am very pleased with my purchase. The whole process from ordering to delivery went smoothly. Especially considering the order was made on December 25, and I received my order on January 2. I find this to be a completely reasonable time frame, considering the Boxing Day surge. I would recommend the online purchase process with Best Buy to any of my friends and family.
