  • Package came earlier than I expected which was awesome ! But now having the product for 2 1/2 weeks its not turning on. When you plug it in to charge it vibrates but doesn't turn on the power

  • I am very pleased with my purchase. The whole process from ordering to delivery went smoothly. Especially considering the order was made on December 25, and I received my order on January 2. I find this to be a completely reasonable time frame, considering the Boxing Day surge. I would recommend the online purchase process with Best Buy to any of my friends and family.

  • The item was obviously used, scratched and dirty, even the manual looked like it had been thumbed through numerous times. When I tried to return it (several times) the message wouldn't work. Tried the "message seller" and that didn't work either. Very unhappy with the whole experience and will NOT be buying from 3rd party sellers again.

  • Extremely Poor. A defective product was sent and I contacted for a full refund. Communication started out decent but disappeared once a return label was to be sent to me. I have escalated the issue but still no response.
