Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

  • Number of items to be returned
  • Date you recieved your product

  • I’ve wasted about an hour trying to find a way to contact Marketplace via email with the tracking # of my return item and it’s IMPOSSIBLE. Starting with my order # being no longer recognized by the system!!!! :(

  • Bought a numeric keypad. It doesn't work! It came with a usb in a ziploc bag. The arrow keys function but the numbers don't. There's no manual or instructions either.
