Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.

  • Number of items to be returned
  • Date you recieved your product
  • Condition of product
  • Condition of packaging
  • Reason for return

Seller Feedback

  • The item we received looks like it's been used. We contacted Best Buy and was told we must consult with Market place to initiate the return. I did. Have not heard back. It's been over a week.

  • Funny you’re asking for feedback, I’m still waiting for my package for an order I placed December 4th. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Would love to either get my package or get a refund. And I will never buy a product from you again.
