Canada Post Delivery Options
Expedited Delivery:The economical delivery method. Free for orders over $25 with a few exceptions.
Xpresspost Delivery:The fastest service for a small premium.
Delivered Tonight: This level of service is only available to customers shipping to the Greater Toronto Area and allows you to get your order delivered the same day you place it. If your order is placed before 11am ET Monday-Friday, you can get your item(s) delivered between 5-9pm ET. Orders must meet certain requirements. Learn more about Delivered Tonight.
Lettermail: Smaller items like Gift Cards, music, and DVDs can be shipped through Lettermail. Tracking information is not available for this type of shipping.
Purolator delivery options
Ground: This is the standard (and most budget-friendly) delivery method. It's free for orders over $25 with a few exceptions.
Express: This is the fastest delivery service and is available for a small premium.
This delivery option is used for items that are usually larger and heavy (such as TVs 53" and over, TV stands, and major appliances). It's not available for Reserve and Pick Up and does not include remote locations. Learn more about Scheduled Delivery.
To ensure that orders shipped to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number when you place your order.
Delivery services may vary by carrier or location and may require pickup of product(s) at a local postal outlet or distribution center.
Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
You may track your package by linking to the website of the carrier (e.g. UPS, Canada Post) and using its tracking ID number. This link can be found in the confirmation email you received when your order was shipped.
Alternatively, to obtain your carrier and tracking ID number, go to Order Status at the top of any BestBuy.ca web page.
Please note that tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours after placing your order, and is not available for some Gift Cards, Music, or DVDs that are sent via lettermail. These typically arrive within 2-7 days. Beyond 7 days, please contact customer service for assistance.
Account holders can sign in using their email address and password. Once logged in, select the order you wish to track, then select "Track this shipment" to obtain tracking info.
Guest users can track their order by entering the Order Number, Last Name, First Name, and Billing Address. Once logged in, select the order you wish to track, then select "Track this shipment" to obtain tracking info.
Please note that tracking ID numbers do not apply to Scheduled Delivery items, such as TVs 53" and above and select TV stands.
Can I change my saved shipping information?
As an account holder you can modify your saved shipping information online any time prior to placing an order. However, if you just moved and need to change the shipping information after an order is placed but not processed, simply contact us — we’re here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To change your shipping information for future orders:
Please note: For Scheduled Delivery items, the shipping location cannot be modified after a delivery has been scheduled. For orders being processed through PayPal, changes to shipping information prior to the order being processed will result in your order being cancelled and reinstated with the new information automatically. You will receive additional confirmations via email.
Can I ship to a PO box address?
Yes. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order. Items that are over 30KG will only be available for pick up at the local courier pick up depot.
Please note: Oversized items, Scheduled Delivery items, and dangerous goods (such as pressurized CO2 cannisters) require a civic address and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Can I choose separate shipping options for two or more items?
If you ordered two or more items, you can choose separate shipping options for each during the checkout process if the items are in different inventory states (i.e. in-stock, out-of-stock, pre-order, scheduled delivery, etc.) as products in the same inventory state will ship together in a single shipment. Due to size and weight considerations, some items may require Scheduled Delivery.
How do I place an order with multiple shipping addresses?
Currently you cannot send items within a single order to different locations. If you are ordering products to send to different shipping addresses you need to place separate orders.
Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Yes, the "Ship to" can be any Canadian address. Just enter the address where you want your product to be delivered in the "Ship to" portion of the checkout process.
Please note that we have a fraud screening process for your protection and our thoroughness in ensuring your safety from crime may cause a delay in the shipment of your order.

What is Ship to Store?
The Ship to Store option allows you to have your items shipped directly to a Best Buy store. Orders that are $25 or over ship for free, for orders under $25, regular shipping charges will apply. Ship to store is available when you order online items with the help of an associate while you’re in a store.
How do I get an estimate of the shipping time?

Holiday delivery deadlines only apply for products that are in stock at the time of purchase. An additional delay of 3-5 days can occur for online-only products. Please note that this is not a delivery guarantee as further delays that are out of our control may still occur.
What does shipping cost?
To receive an instant estimate of the shipping cost, simply add products into your cart and enter your postal code.
If any shipping charges are actually applied, we'll confirm the amount in the "Review & Payment" step of the checkout process.
Why don't I have a choice in shipping options?
At checkout we provide the most economical and efficient shipping options available. In some situations you'll only see one shipping option because it's both the fastest and least expensive for this shipment.
Why is there more than one shipment?
Our goal is to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and have it delivered to your destination.
The number of shipments you receive will be dependent on the stock availability in our distribution centers. Whenever possible, we will group items together to have as few shipments as possible and will ship items from the distribution center that's closest to your shipping destination to minimize the delivery time.
Quebec Shipping Restrictions
Currently, our suppliers and/or manufacturers are only providing this product in English which is not in compliance with the Quebec language legislation. Therefore, it is not available for shipping within the province of Quebec. Customers within Quebec may still purchase this product as long as it is shipped to a province outside of Quebec.
