Reserve and Pick Up

Holiday Update

To ensure a quality shopping experience for all customers, Reserve and Pick Up will be switched off for all products on December 24 and 27, 2016.

During this time, online delivery orders will be available as usual for all your holiday shopping needs.

2. Get Confirmation

3. Pick up In Store

  • Choose item(s) to reserve while you browse or while you're in your cart; just click the “Reserve in Store” button.

    Choose the store you want to pick up from.

    Enter the contact information of the person picking up the item (the reserved item(s) will be reserved under this name).

    Click “Reserve Now”.

  • Within 20 minutes (during regular store hours, of course), you’ll receive an email confirming your reservation.

    Your item(s) will be reserved for 24 hours before returning to store stock.

    Ensure that you receive your confirmation email before heading to pick up your item in the store.

  • Once in store, head to the Customer Service counter.

    Show your ID, pay for your item, and you're done!

Best Buy Mobile locations now support Reserve and Pick Up, which allows you to reserve your new smartphone or wireless device from the web and get confirmation within 20 minutes (during regular store hours).
