Pick up in store within 20 minutes
Choose item(s) to reserve while you browse bestbuy.ca or while you're in your cart; just click the “Reserve in Store” button.
Choose the store you want to pick up from.
Enter the contact information of the person picking up the item (the reserved item(s) will be reserved under this name).
Click “Reserve Now”.
Within 20 minutes (during regular store hours, of course), you’ll receive an email confirming your reservation.
Your item(s) will be reserved for 48 hours before returning to store stock.
Ensure that you receive your confirmation email before heading to pick up your item in the store.
Once in store, head to the Customer Service counter.
Show your ID, pay for your item, and you're done!
