MEDILA Reusable Hot & Cold Packs are flexible gel packs that work for both heat and cold therapy, so one pack covers everyday aches, strains, swelling and bumps. Supplied as a pack of 2.

For cold therapy, place the pack in the freezer until chilled. For heat therapy, warm the pack following the instructions on the packaging. The gel filling stays pliable when cold, so the pack moulds around knees, shoulders, elbows, the lower back and other awkward areas instead of sitting rigid against them.

Each pack is reusable, so it can go straight back in the freezer or the first-aid kit after use. Keep a cloth or towel between the pack and bare skin, and follow the timing guidance on the packaging.
