Must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.
No returns for any category will be accepted 30 days following the delivery date. Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other cases (e.g., customer remorse), the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return or exchange requests for the reason of cosmetic damage, manufacturing or design defects or improper installation (provided such installation was performed by Miele or its authorized agent) are subject to Miele's Standard Warranty, and any applicable legal warranties, and may not be returned or exchanged except as provided therein.
Seller Exceptions
Major Domestic Appliances (eg. dishwashers, laundry washers, and laundry dryers) - Miele does not accept any returns of products that have been used and/or installed.
Small Domestic Appliances (eg. vacuum cleaners and free-standing coffee machines) - Miele reserves the right to reject any request to return if the product is damaged or not returned in its original box along with all original contents.
Miele CareCollection and Miele Care products(such as vacuum dust bags and accessories, dishwashing tablets, and other appliance care/use consumables) - Except in the cases of defects, opened products may not be returned or exchanged.
Canceled Orders (Major Domestic Appliances only): Provided Miele has not commenced shipping the applicable product, you may cancel any order and you will receive a full refund. Once the product has shipped, you may cancel any undelivered product provided that such cancellation is subject to a 5% cancellation fee (exclusive of applicable taxes).

- Web ID (8-digit number) & product description
- Number of items to be returned
- Date you recieved your product
- Condition of product
- Condition of packaging
- Reason for return
All refunds will be processed within 4 Days.
