3 Workout Modes: This leg exerciser offers 3 modes. In non-electric mode, pedal move manually by yourself without a power cable. The Auto mode has 3 levels (P1, P2, P3), running for 30 minutes with the machine choosing speed and direction. Adjust between levels using the Auto button. In HR (manual) mode, set speed from 1-12, direction (forward or reverse), and workout time from 15-30 minutes via the machine's manual button or remote control.

12 Adjustable Speeds & 2 Movement Directions (Forward and Reverse): This training machine features 12 adjustable speeds and 2 movement directions. These options let you customize your exercise routine. Whether for rehabilitation, building leg strength, or relaxing foot joints, you can easily find the right speed and mode for your needs.

Intelligent Control System: This under-desk bike pedal exerciser has two control methods: a large LCD touch screen for you to adjust speed, mode, directions, and monitor sports data, and a remote control. Note: The remote control needs 2 AAA batteries (not included). Also, don't use the machine while standing!
