Actual speeds and performance will vary based on several factors, including coverage, location, device, configuration, network technology, traffic, environmental conditions, and other factors. 5G/5G+ service may not be available when roaming on another carrier’s network and usage on those networks may be subject to speed and/or data restrictions

4. With Rogers Satellite, Rogers provides more coverage than any other Canadian wireless service provider. Compatible device required. Rogers Satellite supports text messaging and satellite-ready apps in Canada south of the 58th parallel (excluding specific regions) in most outdoor areas where you can see the sky. Satellite-ready apps require an optimized device and an operating system that supports satellite data. Satellite service, including text-to-911, may be delayed, limited, or unavailable. 6. Unlimited non-shareable high-speed data with 5G+ speeds (the fastest speeds available on our 5G+ network, up to 2 Gbps) on the Rogers network, where available, with an eligible plan. Actual speeds and performance will vary based on several factors, including coverage, location, device, configuration, network technology, traffic, environmental conditions, and other factors. 5G/5G+ service may not be available when roaming on another carrier’s network and usage on those networks may be subject to speed and/or data restrictions. Primary data usage must be on your smartphone on the Rogers network. See coverage map for more details. Usage is subject to the Rogers Acceptable Use Policy and the Rogers Network Management Policy.

7. 5-Year Price Guarantee: 5-Year Price Guarantee applies to Ultimate monthly plan price from date of activation, before any taxes, fees and bill credits. Prices of add-ons, pay-per-use services, including Roam Like Home rates, and third-party services not guaranteed and subject to change. If you are receiving any discounts with ongoing eligibility requirements, you must maintain your eligibility to continue receiving them. If you change your plan, guarantee ends on old plan and new guarantee may not be available on new plan.

8. Get front of the line access and our fastest speeds available, even during peak times with your Ultimate plan. Plans with Priority Network Access will receive higher prioritization resulting in an enhanced, relative experience. Applies to data usage on the Rogers network, subject to the Mobile Plans Data Policy at rogers.com/terms.

9. Use data, talk and text in eligible destinations excluding calls made through Call Forwarding, Video calling or similar services. Includes unlimited text/picture/video messages sent from Canada and eligible destinations to Canadian and eligible destinations’ mobile numbers and received texts from anywhere. Premium texts (alerts, messages related to content and promotions) are not included and charged at applicable rates. When using data, 5G/5G+ service may not be available when roaming on another carrier’s network and usage on those networks may be subject to speed and/or data restrictions. Primary data usage must be on your smartphone on the Rogers network. Usage is subject to the Rogers Acceptable Use Policy and the Rogers Network Management Policy. 10. 11. Eligible 5G+ mobile plan subscribers get access to Rogers Satellite at no extra cost. You must remain on an eligible 5G+ mobile plan to keep access. As Rogers Satellite is an emerging technology, service availability may change over time based on technological, operational, or regulatory considerations and Rogers may modify, limit or discontinue Rogers Satellite service at any time. Compatible device required. Using your plan’s messaging and data allotments, Rogers Satellite includes messaging capabilities and may also include satellite-ready apps for select optimized smartphones with an operating system supporting satellite data. Service available only in Canada south of the 58th parallel (excluding specific regions) in most outdoor areas where you can see the sky. Essentials/Other Rogers’ plans: Sign up for the Rogers Satellite monthly add-on when activating an Essentials or other eligible Rogers’ plan. The add-on costs $10/mo for the first 12 months. Service begins when the Rogers Satellite add-on is added, not at the time of plan activation. After the promotional period ends, the add-on will automatically renew at the then-current monthly price (currently $15/mo) unless you cancel at least one day before the end of the promotional period. 12. It may take up to 5 days before you receive your Uber One Promo Code. Offer subject to change without notice and available to individuals who subscribe to a 5G+ Rogers Essentials, Popular or Ultimate plan, or a Rogers Preferred Program plan, who activate a new line or do a hardware or plan upgrade. For Rogers Preferred Program customers, offer is open to residents of Canada excluding Quebec. You must redeem your Uber One Promo Code within seven (7) days of receiving it. Promotional period starts upon account activation at the unique link provided by email. You must have a current, valid email address on file associated with your wireless account.

Uber One is a subscription that auto-renews. Your payment method will be charged according to the amount and frequency associated with your chosen membership at sign-up and upon the conclusion of any applicable free trial or promotional period (currently $9.99/month, plus applicable taxes). You can cancel your membership at any time in the Uber One section of the Uber app by selecting Manage Membership, then End Membership. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next renewal day, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded. Uber Cash or Uber One credits earned in connection with membership are revocable upon termination of membership. Except where prohibited by law, your subscription charge is non-refundable once your billing cycle begins. Use of Uber One is governed by the terms.

Uber One benefits available only for eligible stores and rides marked with the Uber One icon. Eligible restaurants and convenience stores: $15 minimum order to receive $0 Delivery Fee and 5% off. Eligible grocery and other non-restaurant stores: $40 minimum order to receive $0 Delivery Fee and reduced Service Fees. Eligible rides: receive 5% in Uber One credits. Minimum order requirement, % off benefits and Uber One credits are calculated after other discounts are applied (including, for % off benefits and Uber One credits, any Uber One credit balance applied), and before taxes and fees. 14. Subject to change without notice. Taxes extra. Travel Passes are available for the following eligible destinations: (i) U.S., (ii) Europe, (iii) Caribbean and Mexico, (iv) Asia, (v) International (destinations where Roam Like Home is available, excluding Cruise), (vi) US, Caribbean and Mexico + Cruise, (vii) US, International + Cruise, (viii) Africa, (ix) Oceania, and (x) Central & South America. Each Travel Pass provides access to the data, talk, and text services from your existing plan for a consecutive period of 3, 7, 10, 14 or 30 days, as selected at time of purchase. For Cruise when using the on-ship network in international waters (not available near land or docked). Data usage is limited to 1GB per 24-hour window at the fastest speeds available, with reduced speeds thereafter of up to 512 kbps (see rogers.com/mobility/faqs-about-roaming-while-on-a-cruise for more information). Purchase a travel pass up to sixty (60) days in advance of your travel date, or at any time while travelling. The travel pass activates on the start date selected at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled or paused once activated. Travel Passes are applied per mobile line and must be purchased separately for each mobile number.  

Roam like Home daily - Available to Rogers customers with an eligible postpaid wireless plan (most enterprise plans, monthly plans that include roaming services are excluded). Pay-Per-Use rate and subject to change without notice. Taxes extra. Fee charged per line in addition to plan monthly fee and applies per calendar day from first use in eligible destination until 11:59:59 p.m. based on Eastern Time (ET) regardless of which time zone you are roaming in. 15. Calls and texts to and from Canada, and within your roaming destination are included. If you call or text a country other than Canada or your roaming country, long distance charges will apply if your plan doesn't include international long distance and texting. If you use your Rogers plan outside of your Travel Pass destination(s) or after your Travel Pass expires, Roam Like Home Daily, Cruise, or standard roaming rates will apply, as applicable.  

Satellite-to-mobile roaming available when roaming in the U.S. with Roam Like Home, Travel Pass, or eligible plans in certain areas without traditional cellular networks and an unobstructed view of the sky. Satellite-to-mobile roaming currently supports text messaging, including text-to-911 and satellite-ready apps. Voice calls are not available. Compatible device required. Satellite service may be delayed, limited, or unavailable. When roaming in a satellite coverage area, you will not be able to simultaneously use or connect to other third-party satellite messaging and/or emergency services on your device. Roaming charges apply when outside the eligible destination. Data: Usage exceeding your plan allotment charged in increments rounded up to the next MB or GB as applicable. Texts: While in eligible destination, includes texts sent to a local or Canadian wireless number. Sent/received premium texts, sent international texts to non-eligible destinations charged at applicable rates. Calls: While in an eligible destination, includes unlimited calls to local or Canadian numbers.
