The camera's quality and features are worth the price tag. I loved how it came with so many accessories, especially the microphone! The only con's would be that the microphone can't be plugged in when the camera is in it's case - which is required when using the mounts. The app is so-so.. At the end, you get what you paid for.

Firstly，I ordered it for my sons two weeks ago. They love it. Now it is even cheaper ($196 off). Best deal for beginner. Secondly, Waterproof Case is anti-scratch, dust proof. Great protection for beginner. Thirdly, it can easily shot by R/C or APP "Live DV". Best control for beginner. The only thing you should get is an extra microsd card. I got a 64 GB(Max it can fit ) .

Bought this for my son to use on his helmet. Recorded over an hour of video on the first battery in some quit cold temperatures(-15C). Quit impressed with video quality and stability. Now I want one.

I purchased this camera for a vacation that I have coming up. The deal was great compared to competitions and came with many accessories that would otherwise cost more money. Delivery was quick and timely, approximately 1 week. After testing out the camera I find it is very easy to use and so are the accessories. It also comes with a Manual that is easy to read and follow.

First off, I have been in the market for a logn time; for me, the decision was this camera at ~125 capital cost, or the insta360 2007 edition for ~$60 more. I chose this camera, as it would be my first action camera, and I didn't know what the warranty would really cover. With that being said, I confirmed my order and waited for my package. Before I knew it, it had been delivered (through Amazon Prime, thanks Best Buy!) I was unprepared to receive a package, and it felt like a gift. Once I let the jitters subside I went to work on installing the device onto my cheat walmart helmet, using the safety wire they supplied mixed with a few zip ties I had left over from another project, I installed the handle for the device on my helmet and tried it on. How it felt varies heavily on the protective case. Keep in mind, the microphone that is included can not enter the jack unless the camera is out of the case. This also houses the problem of adding weight to your setup. Although the camera is very light, I find the case itself is not only heavy, but is not self supporting (It does not hold it's weight balanced) and because of this, it's very noticable if you are wearing it on your head. I've also tried installing the camera on my kneepads, so this is all to say it's heavy enough to interfere with safety gear while encapsulated in the waterproof case. I could not recomment this for aerodynamic-based water activities such as surfing. Without the case, however, the camera feels sturdy on it's mount. There arensurely other cameras that are technically lighter, but the cube form camera, in my opinion, seems to be the most managable. The camera mic, and the included mic both have some sort of noise cancellation that goes on during recordings, which makes it easy to pick up the different frequencies easily. I am rating this product 5 stars, as although I do offer a warning for certain situations, the product does indeed come equipped to handle those situations accordingly. Lastly, if you purchase during this August promotion, you will have the opportunity to be rewarded for a review with some additional equipment. If you are looking for an entry into action cameras, I will tell you I feel I have absolutely come out on top in terms of shopping, and that's exactly what makes a customer want to come back. Bought two of these. One quit working after first time used. Power button lights up but nothing else works. Second one is still working but is very unreliable. Will quit videoing or power off on its own even with plenty of charge in the battery or storage space and does not video the area you see through the viewfinder screen. On playback you dont see the area you did when setting it up. Save your $ and get something else plus buying them from Best Buy is a crap show for returning them. No more, I'll stick with Amazon.

The picture quality was blurry and choppy on any 4K mode. In 1080p 60FPS with the EIS on, which most people would film action sports on, the colour was washed out like a black and white film with strange blotches of blue and red in the video. Even the pictures were low resolution. It's too bad, cause the price was good, and I only found one design issue with the camera. It's difficult to open the battery/sd card cover. I have large hands, and I had to use a tool to pry it open, which might be an issue if you don't have anything on hand.
