[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry - the quality of the internals have led us to put this machine on hold from time to time with what sounds like sparking. It happens intermittently and is the same problem we had with the one before. The quality of these appliances these days vs. 20 years ago just blows and it needs to be addressed. The cost to the consumer is fine - but I would pay a bit more for something that would last like they used to. The fit and finish on the out is ok. The second thing is the door latch. After you close it, the unit will not start. You need to open the door then close it again then it will start. Same as the previous unit. We have tried 2 times now. The first of these units lasted 5 years. This one has the same issues, right out of the box. They are a pain to install and we will deal with it till it just does not work anymore. Below the submit button are 3 optional areas to provide more information. As a consumer, they do not work before I hit the submit button and don’t understand the process. We will see what happens when I hit submit. Either way, please look into that from the consumer’s side. Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my Decor microwave and wanted clean lines with no brand indicated on the front. This fit the bill and was so affordable. Looks great in my contemporary kitchen and I am one satisfied customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I was looking for in a microwave. I did not need fancy or expensive. This unit is streamlined in appearance and it cleans up nicely. I basically re-heat items from the refrigerator for dinner or to give a quick heat-up from the oven if something cools down to quickly such as in a family gathering. I like that it does not have a handle and it is a simple push tab to open it. This microwave is designed like my first Amana microwave given to me as well as my 3 sisters over 30 years ago and was a counter model. The look has not changed and neither has the Amana dependability. I would purchase this again, but I doubt I will need it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently put new cabinets in. I chose this Amana microwave. (I have their Glass top stove that is great too). The instructions and cardboard cut out on side of the box for hole placements were straight forward. If your a diy'er just make sure to use rigid 6" vent piping if you are venting outside. Some you tube videos use flex vent which is not code. Also 6" will give you optimum flow with 300cfm do not use 4". I'm very happy with the microwave. The install went smoothly. I would definetly recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement or new install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the sleek look of this microwave. The inside was the main reason I got this microwave. Do to the fact, I have a splatter shield that is magnetic and it sticks to the inside top without any problems. For some reason , they have put a plastic plate on the inside top of so many microwaves and it limited me on purchasing any of them. I found that so frustrating. I do really like this Amana microwave for another reason is it does not have a name plate on the front of it, and that is a plus. it heats fantastic. The only downfall is it does not have the instant one through six minute setting, just the add thirty seconds setting. But it is a great microwave and I am thinking of getting an extra one for future use. The price is a great price considering what some costs of microwaves today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace a Samsung that failed after just 3 years. It’s deeper so sticks out more than my previous microwave. It was difficult to install as it didn’t fit in the same holes as the previous microwave and the template was not accurate. I like how there is no brand name on front and I like that there is no handle, just a push area to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not stand the smell of Collard Green being cooked. But don’t get me wrong I love to eat this. My mom came over for the holiday and cooked up a great feast. When I tell you the vent on this microwave is like no other. It wiped that smell out of there. Thank goodness I was able to enjoy dinner with my family.
