I bought this stand so I could start standing with my MacBookPro. The stand itself is pretty stable. Once you figure out how to match up the angles for the different adjustments, it is a 'snap', pun intended - hahahahaha. It also has a mouse pad that can be attached if you want to use that (I didn't even know that when I bought it). I don't use a mouse, but it's nice to know that it has that option in case I pick up an ergo mouse to use. Versatility is very handy. I have used this on my desk, on my couch, and even on my bed. Note that a somewhat firm surface is needed to support the stand, as well as finding the right angle to set up with the legs. I almost got another one that was more expensive that had built in fans, but decided not to because it was just another motorized/electric component to break down. I am glad I made this choice - the air vents in the laptop tray are more than sufficient, and the fans are not necessary.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews; however, in this case, buyer beware. This product is not as easy to assemble/navigate as they might make it seem. The instructions are limited to advice on which angles to best adjust the various components. The structure is quite flimsy and didn't hold the weight of my 14" laptop. The mouse add on is also inconvenient as it only fits if you are in a certain position. Save your $, don't invest in this product.

I saw this in an advertising video on facebook, and said to myself, "I have got to have one!" I am disappointed that they don't sell this in their store as I wanted to go right over there and see the product, instead, I had to order it online and have it shipped to me. I much prefer going to the store and seeing it. But because I was able to return the product in the store and not have to worry about reshipping it, I went for it. I am so glad I did! It took a bit to figure it out, but re-watching the advertising video and playing with it has made this a wonderful tool for using my laptop both in bed and when sitting on the couch. It does an excellent job of keeping my laptop cool, and my laptop is positioned perfectly making it comfortable for me to both work and play while lounging around on my bed or the couch. I love this product! However, I will have to see how well it holds up over the course of the next 6 months as I just purchased it last week.

A great study stand that you can use anywhere (couch, bed, desk). I use it to teach through an online platform and its amazing! You can also use it for standing desk purposes. Each of the joints show the degrees so you can get an exactly level table. Buy one and thank me later.

Very happy. Use it with my 15" laptop to get some standing done while work at home (teleworking is the best!!!)
