• Apple Home and Home Key Support: The U50 smart door lock integrates fully with Apple Home. Unlock the deadbolt with the Apple Home Key by tapping an iPhone or Apple Watch, even when the device is out of power. Manage and share door access for guests through Apple Home. With a Matter-compatible Aqara hub, the lock also supports Matter.

• Remote Passwords and Unlock: Unlock via keypad, remotely configurable passwords through the Aqara Home app (requires Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub), one-time local passwords without internet, and temporary passwords for visitors. NFC cards are sold separately.

• Automations with Aqara and Third-Party Devices: Compatible with Google Home, Alexa, IFTTT, and Aqara Home app when paired with an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub. Easily integrate into smart home setups and automations, e.g., unlock the U50 when someone rings the Aqara Video Doorbell G4.

• Auto Lock and Do Not Disturb Mode: Built-in gyroscope enables auto-lock after closing the door. Passage mode can disable auto-lock if preferred. Do Not Disturb mode mutes lock sounds for late-night arrivals.

• Durable and Secure with Long Battery Life: Powered by 4 AA batteries (6V, included) with up to 6 months of battery life. Emergency USB-C to A charging port available. Zinc alloy lock body with IPX5 rating and BHMA Level 3 compliance. Operates in temperatures from -31°F to 150.8°F. Data is stored locally and fully AES encrypted.
