Cheap Quality
- March 3, 2018bought this telephone for small home business, 1 year, the Hands-free speaker function cuts in and out. A recent power failure totally wiped out viewing screen and all functions. Warranty expired, Mfg suggested sending back for replacement which could take more than 30 days.and cost me the shipping.

Good speakerphone
- January 5, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second such phone I bought; I'd bought an identical model several months earlier, then purchased this one for a different room because I liked the model so much. The phone has all the features that I wanted: answering machine, speakerphone, caller ID, a mute button, volume control for both ringer and handset, ability to pick up messages remotely, and others. I rated it 4 rather than 5 only because the sound quality coming from the earpiece is a bit on the tinny side, but this might not bother others.

Barely good enough
- February 13, 2019These phones are interesting :-) We have two staff in the office and two lines. Thought these would be a good fit. They work ok though a little " tinny" at times. Here are the issues: 1) both people can access line 1 or 2 at the same time and overhear the conversation - a Party Line if you will. 2) Voice mail announcements overlap ( both play when a caller leaves a voicemail ) So by trial and error we figured out that you have to turn off the answer for the other line on each phone. So Phone #1 needs to have Line 2 turned to off and vice versa. 3) You can not erase CID history on both phones at once even though it gives you the option to delete both 1 & 2. It clears on the phone you are using but not the other line. Its all very manual and laborious. 4) If a voicemail is left on Line 1 the person on Line 2 can listen to it. You can also delete on Line 1 but it is still on Line 2. Overall these phones were disappointing. You do everything twice and their is no level of confidentiality.

Great phone except for Speed Dial
- December 17, 2010[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased two of these phones. The second phone, purchased on November 17, 2010, seems to be ok. No problems, but, the first phone, purchased on November 5, 2010, continually looses the 'Speed Dial' numbers. I put them all back in and in a matter of minutes or hours or days, some will dissapear. Not always the same numbers, but several. I am beginning to think that this phone has a technical problem and should be replaced. I will be contacting Best Buy to see about a replacement. Thank you.

Doesn't Display Caller ID
- November 15, 2010[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone for my mother. The phone displays the caller ID on Call Waiting but displays only "Incoming Call" for normal calls. I would have rated the phone very good if not for that. It took nearly three weeks to conclude that the phone was at fault. So it's now too late to return it. it seems that the only viable option is to simply junk the phone and replace it with another brand that's more reliable.

Happy with my purchase
- August 31, 2017When my phone died I wasn't sure I could find one that had all the features I had gotten used to. This one does. It was easy to program, has 9 speed dial buttons for those you call frequently. I have message manager on my phone line so didn't really need the answering machine option, still it is nice to have, if I need it. I love the battery back-up feature. I would recommend this.

Living the Good life with my new phone.
- April 12, 2025[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new phone. It makes me feel like I'm a big executive in a fortune 500 company. "Susan get the president on the line for me. " Really it looks great, has many features, caller ID, battery operated answering machine, 2 lines, with the phone numbers on the directory for family and friends. Heck I can even call Washington or Moscow and shoot the breeze with you know who.

Voice Echos
- January 23, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Voice echos when you talk & if hold receiver further away, other people have trouble hearing. Not easy to turn sound off at night. Answering machine does not answer silently so have to turn off at night. Expected more from an AT&T telephone.

land-line phone great!
- September 23, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you still want and use a land-line phone, this one is great! Two -lines, easy to install. Can program many phone numbers and has two-line answering machine functionality. I had this phone before and was satisfied so I bought another one.
